If there is one thing you can give your kids to take with them for the rest of their lives, an education on how to use and maintain their bodies. Kids CrossFit does not only build fitness and strength, but teaches kids how to perform basic daily functional movements safely and efficiently. Each class incorporates body mechanics, education in health and nutrition, as well as a fun workout. 

Our kids coaches are passionate, qualified and experienced in developing your child’s understanding and need for health and fitness.

We have various times to suit you and your child’s busy school schedule. Why not let the kids train while you train with us. Each one of our classes last approximately 50 minutes with plenty of rest and fun built into it.

Mondays and Wednesdays – 16:00

Tuesdays and Thursdays – 14:40
